Application:
The machine is a new type testing equipment designed according to the latest national standard of cement mortar strength test method (ISO Method) GB/T 17671-1999, which can be applied widely in cement and construction industry. The machine adopts electro-hydraulic proportional valve of small current flow and wide speed adjustment range and digital pulse width modulation closed loop system with original design; and it also makes full use of computer technology, so that the machine can automatically measure and control its whole test process, such as loading, unloading, etc. The machine is an advance equipment for research, development, production, and arbitration test. The technical index and performance of the machine is completely in conformity with national standard requirements.
Main Function and Features
◆ Measurement and control system are made by adopting electronic devices of AD Co., Ltd. of the U.S. Card-based computer design (i.e. computer bus design) is adopted. All of the electric appliances are installed into computer by adopting photoelectric integrated circuit. The quality is reliable and stability is high.
◆ High contamination resistance ensures a long time operation without malfunction.
◆ Measurement system can do automatic zero set, automatic calibration and continuous full scale measurement (stepless regulation). Measurement resolution is as high as 1/200000. Parameter setting is done by software automatically without human adjustment.
◆ VC++ Language is adopted in computer software programming, which can operate under the operating system of Windows98, 2000, NT and XP. All computer operations are done through mouse.
◆ One computer can finish the whole test process, including measurement, control, automatic data acquisition, processing, curve-plotting and curve report printing, which realizes all digital closed loop servo control.
◆ Microcomputer of each laboratory can be networked, so that the software update can be done by software disk mail or E-mail transmission.
◆ All digital closed loop system can do overall monitor on material test, which realizes stepless speed regulation. The system also has many protection functions.
◆ The machine has manual and automatic loading methods, can plot and print test curve and has the functions of saving curve, data and amplifying curve. The machine also has complete database access for customer use.
◆ Auxiliary functions of reviewing or printing software instruction, operating regulation and precaution, etc.
◆ Perfect software self-check function, which can indicate malfunction positions. The manufacturer does not need to do field maintenance except from changing relevant multifunction card in computer.
